Our Story
This legendary candy began 74 years ago when a candy store here in Roswell New Mexico made and sold these delectable chocolates. Sorry to say the store has closed after a run of many good years. That wasn't the end of this delicious candy as the recipe had been passed on and published so others could still enjoy. The name 'four' came from customers asking for the chocolate square which the design resembled the #4.
We are excited to bring back this original recipe so that all who remember, and to all of you who haven't yet experienced these mouth-watering pecan caramels dipped in chocolate can once again enjoy these savory and delectable chocolates in every bite.
